- This is a personal blog. There is no commercial content. No advertising is accepted or published by the blog owner. 1a. The purpose of the blog is to provide a travelogue of personal journeys, holidays, and trips. These may be current, planned or historic. 1b. The blog does not seek to provide or promote political commentary although it does seek to promote inclusivity, diversity and community equity. 1c : The content will on occasions have a bias towards disabilities, cultural heritage, and equal opportunities. 1d : The content will not include racism, prejudice, or hate speech.
- The blog owner accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury, inconvenience or other untoward event that occurs due to readers taking note of comments in this blog. The blog does not seek to offer advice to others however phrased.
- No tracking cookies or other similar devices are in use by the blog owner.
3a. No analytics are in use by the blog owner - Blog comments are not available to users other than the content creator.
4a. Comments and / or corrections sent to the publisher will not normally be attributed, if published. The blog owner does not undertake to act on comments or corrections, nor does he undertake to respond to comments or corrections. - There are no facilities to subscribe to the blog provided by the owner.
- The language is British English although occasional phrases, remarks or comments may be in French, German or Esperanto.
- The blog is published in England and the laws of England apply.

- Unless otherwise stated all images are the property and copyright of the blog owner and may not be reproduced or linked to under any circumstances except in a link to the entire blog or an individual blog post.

Complaints
- Any complaints about the content of the blog must be raised in the
first instance with the Responsible Individual, blog owner & content
creator : Michael Gayler - who may be contacted at mike AT gaylers.me
- An acknowledgement of the receipt of a complaint will be normally sent within 24 hours but may exceptioanlly be delayed for a further 8 days.
- The adjudication of a complaint will be by the blog owner alone and the decision is final. In most, but not all cases, where a blog post has received a complaint and it is decided to leave the post substantially unchanged, a note will be appended with an outline of the complaint and the decision reached.
- The resolution of the complaint will be completed within 28 days of the receipt of the complaint although it is hoped that the timescale will be much less. The decision will be sent to the complainant upon the decision being made.
